Saudi Aramco engaged Real Hands-On across multiple years to strengthen advanced KPI capability. The partnership supported the development of certified KPI practitioners who can design, validate, and govern performance indicators with consistent documentation and reporting standards.
Programme Design
The Certified KPI Practitioner programme goes beyond KPI definition to address KPI governance, measurement architecture, and integration with enterprise performance systems. For Aramco, the programme was adapted to reflect the complexity of operational performance, safety measurement, and the integration of financial, operational, and sustainability KPIs.
Outcome: A distributed community of KPI practitioners embedded across business units, improving KPI definition quality, ownership clarity, and reporting consistency.
Workshop Highlights
Each session was delivered with cohorts of 15–25 professionals. Pre-session alignment ensured exercises reflected the unit's KPI challenges. Post-session support accelerated standardisation and embedded KPI governance practices into routine reporting.
