About Amy Kates
Amy Kates is a globally recognised authority on organisation design and operating models. She has advised leaders in many of the world’s most successful organisations and is the co‑author of several of the field’s leading books with Greg Kesler and Jay Galbraith.
The organisation design approach and tools she has developed have become a standard methodology used around the world. Amy serves on the advisory board of the Organization Design Forum and the board of the Organization Design Community, and was appointed a Visiting Fellow to the government of Singapore. Her firm, Kates Kesler Organization Consulting, was acquired by Accenture in 2020.
This workshop distils that experience into a highly practical, application‑based programme that equips HR and business leaders to become the go‑to organisation design resources inside their companies.
